Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY (Delivery of digital products)

All NULVAREK products are digital ebooks delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped by mail.

Instant delivery. As soon as your payment is confirmed, a download link appears on the order confirmation page and is also sent to the email address you used at checkout. Delivery normally takes less than 5 minutes.

File format. Each ebook is a PDF file that can be opened on any phone, tablet or computer and printed at home. No special software is required beyond a free PDF reader.

Didn’t receive your link? Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it within 1 hour, email contact@nulvarek.com with your order number and we will resend it within one business day.

Access period. Download links remain active for 30 days from purchase. We recommend saving the file to your device right away. If a link expires, contact us and we will resend it free of charge.

Wrong email at checkout. Contact us with your order number and the correct email address and we will redirect your delivery.

No shipping fees or taxes beyond those shown at checkout apply to digital products.
